Kaitlyn and Oliver had such a beautiful wedding at the Brookstreet Hotel, with their ceremony held in the Outdoor Pavilion and their reception hosted in the Newbridge Ballroom. They began their day getting ready in separate rooms at the hotel. oth totally stress free, and just super excited to finally marry one another after having to postpone last year.
Once they were ready, they opted for a first look! We were ucky enough to have access to a golf cart, so we drove Oliver to the spot that he would first see Kaitlyn and then we went back to pick her up. You can really see how excited he is when he first turns around to see her.
I asked Kaitlyn if she thought Oliver would cry, and she said he NEVER cries… she said if there was water in his eyes at all, it would be because of the wind. He may not of cried during the first look but when she came down that aisle, out came the tissues. These two had almost everyone in the room in tears of joy! They are seriously the cutest together, such kind hearted, and you can really see that they are meant to be when you see them together.
When the reception began they went right into their first dance as soon as they came in! Throughout the night, there were many heartfelt speeches (one even included singing), a fun Bride & Groom Shoe game, and lots of DANCING!!!! They kicked off the dancing with a classic Taylor Swift song to get everyone paired up and on the dance floor and from there everyone was busting moves.
It was SO NICE to finally be back to a more normal wedding, although masks had to be worn while moving around, it’s the closest to normal we’ve had in over a year and you could tell how happy everyone was to get to be there to celebrate with Kaitlyn and Oliver as they said ‘I do’!
