Ivy and Rob held their wedding ceremony at the Riverside Park and their reception at The Grand Hotel in Carleton Place. It was nothing short of perfect! They began their day getting ready at The Grand Hotel, Ivy got ready with the girls in the Bridal Suite and Rob got ready with the guys in the upstairs bar. Once they both were ready, we arranged their first look to happen in the bridal suite before heading down to the park.
Their first look was a super precious moment and I could tell that it helped immediately diminish some nerves before their ceremony! Once they had time to share their thoughts with each other, we made our way over to the Riverside Park for their ceremony and all of their formal portraits! Afterwards, we headed back to The Grand Hotel for their reception which was full of a TON of laughter and super delicious ice cream cake that one of their groomsmen made from
These two have been together since high school and I was lucky enough to get to be the one that captured Rob proposing to Ivy a couple of years ago. He planned it all out to look like her mom set up a family session but little did she know it was actually the moment he would get down on one knee and ask her to marry him. It has been an absolute pleasure getting to capture each part of their love story and I cannot wait to see where their journey together goes from here!
Below are some of my favourite images from their wedding day!
