Temple’s Country Weddings is a beautiful wedding venue located in Ferguson Falls, Ontario. Sara and Lucas held their ceremony in the forest ceremony option at their Temple’s Country Wedding. It was absolutely perfect. The way the light from the sun gets filtered through by the trees makes for such a magical setting. They had beautiful weather for their day, with lots of sun and a few little clouds. Their reception was hosted indoors with the space full of beautiful wooden beams. We were all taken on a roller coaster of emotions throughout the speeches. One moment, the entire room was boasting of laughter and the next minute in tears, and then not long after, back into laughter. They truly were surrounded by a ton of people that loved them dearly. Everyone was definitely itching to get on the dance floor because as soon as it opened up, it was FULL.
HOW THEY MET & THE PROPOSAL
Sara and Lucas are high school sweethearts! They attended the same high school and began dating just before the beginning of grade 12. They went to prom together and then headed off to Kingston, where they attended university together. After they graduated, they moved back to their home town to be close to family and have two super cute cats. When they were visiting their friends in Kingston, he proposed. She of course said yes!
