Emma and Layne held their beautiful wedding at the Brockville Country Club. They both began their day getting ready in seperate homes with their wedding party and family. The girls popped some bubbly to start the day, while the guys cracked open some cold ones. Once they were ready, we all made our way over to the Country Club where Emma and Layne shared an emotional first look.
The first look was scheduled to happen early enough that we were able to complete majority of their bride and groom portraits along with their wedding party formals before the ceremony. Their ceremony was outdoors along the edge of the links surrounded by a scenic view of the golf course and beautiful greenery. It was a beautifully officiated ceremony that was short and sweet filled with lots of laughter.
After their ceremony, we completed their family formals. We then, hopped into some golf carts and drove up to a lookout at the top of a hill that allowed you to soak in a view of the entire golf course. We completed the remainder of their Husband & Wife photos and then made our way back to the Cocktail Reception so they could mingle with guests before their sit down reception. During their reception we got to hear speeches from some of the ones closest to them. Both of their dad’s got quite emotional and had the entire room tearing up. Each and every speech was absolutely beautiful with the perfect mix of tears and laughter. We were able to quickly sneak outside for some sunset portraits before finishing the night off with their first dances. The day was absolutely beautiful and below are some of my favourites from the day!
