Kaitlyn and Oliver decided on the Dominion Arboretum for their engagement session and it was so dreamy! It was a beautiful summer day filled with twirls, airport hugs, and just taking in the scenery with all the pretty willow trees.
These two met on their second day of university. It was residence orientation. The day that you gather into groups and meet everyone in your building. The funny part about these two meeting during residence orientation is that they weren’t even assigned to stay in the same building. It was just a coincidence that they ended up crossing paths. They have been inseparable ever since!
Oliver decided to propose to Kaitlyn while they were out for a walk. They had decided to go on a little hiking trail that day and once they were a fair piece in, Oliver got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. She of course, said YES.
With their love for the outdoors and the proposal being out on a walking trail, it was only fitting to do their engagement session at the Dominion Arboretum, where there are tons of pretty walking paths and beautiful open fields of greenery.
