Sara and Gilles held a beautiful evening wedding at the NeXT Restaurant. They began getting ready for their day in the early afternoon in separate homes. They enjoyed snacks and drinks as they slowly prepared for the day. Once they were ready, we all made our way over to Walter Baker Park, where Sara and Gilles shared a first look. The smiles on their faces as soon as they saw each other said it all, you can definitely tell how happy they make one another. They opted to do all of their formal photos before the ceremony so that afterwards they could just enjoy the evening with their guests. We took all family formals, wedding party images, and bride and groom portraits before heading over to NeXT Restaurant to prepare for their ceremony.
Their ceremony began at 7pm and was absolutely beautiful. After their ceremony they were able to join the cocktail hour and mingle with guests. We also used this time to get any group photos with non immediate family members. They kept their cocktail hour short and sweet so that dinner could get started. It was very important to them that their guests were able to actually enjoy the good food and live music by Kimberly Dunn. Their dinner reception was nothing short of amazing. We ended the evening off with their cake cutting after dessert and then they made their way around the room to chat with everyone. They truly got to enjoy their time with their guests.
