This engagement session at Eagle’s Nest Lookout in Calabogie was an absolute dream! I met Emma and Layne in the parking lot across from the trail and walked up to the lookout with them. It takes about 20-25 minutes to get up to the lookout. Trust me, it is totally worth it!!! This trail is becoming more and more popular so if you are hoping to have your own session here, definitely plan to do it on a weekday!
Emma and Layne decided to do two looks for their engagement session which adds so much more variety to the gallery! They had a more casual hiking look to start, with jeans, cute hiking boots, and a plain long sleeve tee. They brought a more formal look to change into! She chose to wear a beautiful flowy maxi dress that was a mix between baby blue and dusty blue. He chose a navy short sleeve button up with a very subtle dotted pattern and some khakis. These outfits paired together SO nicely! They also brought a blanket to make a little change room in the middle of the forest. Super smart!! The colour pallet in both their outfits were absolutely perfect for this location!
These two are so cute together, they love to get out and enjoy the nature so going for a hike up to a dreamy lookout spot made Eagle’s Nest the perfect location for their engagement!
